Really Beautiful Restoration/Transformation! I just picked one of these up in the brown color. It's complete and in pretty good condition. I'll be restoring it in a couple of weeks.

Looks GREAT. Especially the Gold.<br>There are several products made specifically for removing stickers like "Goof Off", and the old standby of lighter fluid. However, I find NON-Acetone Fingernail Polish Remover works better. It also works well cleaning the build-up on clear acrylic plastics, and unlike isopropyl alcohol, it does not lead to crazing of the plastic. Works great on car headlight lenses too.

For the Zenith badge try Plaid Enterprises Liquid Leaf, a gold leaf paint. Ace Hardware has it. Great for small brights.

I just used acetone to strip the paint from my Truetone Boomerang. Tested it first. Bakelite ignores acetone.
