  Ya allah I have anxiety and I am often stressed until I cannot breath and get heart palpitations. I study at the university. Because of my anxiety I am often not able to think rational and slide into a dark hole loosing trust in my abilities and directed through my anxious thoughts. Please help me to clear my mind and give me the power to overcome it. 🤲🏼

  Ya Allah, I don&apos;t know why but im suffering a lot. I have never gotten good grades. I always tried but never enough to reach my full potential. I just don&apos;t want to disappoint my parents. I love my mom and dad. It&apos;s tough to see them be disappointed at me. My board exam is in 4 days. At least I want to get good grades that are decent. I don&apos;t want to get horrible grads. Please forgive me for my sins, and help me get a good result on my boards. And please pray for me, brothers and sisters. I&apos;m really stressed. I have had depressive thoughts and suicidal thoughts. But I&apos;m trying to prevent it.
