The one thing I noticed that was left out of the equations was time. Your body doesn't generate all that heat all at once, it depends on how fast your body can digest that meat and that can vary from person to person.

"Raise by 18 °C" is definitely different than converting the temperature of 18 °C to F. A difference of 18 °C is about a difference of 32 °F

Not proud of it, but on two occasions at a Brazilian grill I had the meat sweats. The second was to see if the first was a fluke because I’m a theorist
