    Se il dott. Canestrelli avesse un Patreon o altre vie per ricevere forme di mecenatismo, sarebbe davvero l'unico canale YouTube che finanzierei in assoluto. È da oltre un anno che ho questa convinzione.

    Che dire? Un video, al solito piacevolissimo, denso di notizie, di cultura e articolato con grandissima capacità espositiva, sarebbe bello avere professori così nelle nostre scuole o che qualcuno proponesse questi video ai ragazzi.

    Thank you for English subtitles! Indeed, I think we can only say that the Huns were confederations of different peoples led by their aristocratic elite who cannot be classified as one distinct people (either Turkic, Mongolian, Iranian or whatever). We do not even really know much about the Huns language: certainly some of the names they used are of Turkic origin, but others are Iranian and even Germanic, while the three Hun words that have been recorded show that they are of general Indo-European origin (we simply cannot classify a language based on this). If anything, the Huns elite was linked by some traditions, "the way of the steppe" (horse, bow etc), but even as such there were many different peoples who had adapted to this hard lifestyle like Turkic, Mongols and Iranian peoples - and these peoples would have encountered and subjugated various other peoples who didn't even share this way of life but still gave their own additions to the "Huns" confederations, like Germanic and Slavic peoples.

    I tuoi video smontano stereotipi accumulati in secoli di interpretazioni di parte e fraintendimenti, e per questo li adoro. Continua così! Gradirei molto un video sull&apos;esercito o sull&apos;impero achemenidi, di cui sono appassionato, anche perché a volte li citi nei tuoi video.

    Carissimo lei si esprime con tale aulica forma che la si ascolterebbe come si ascolta della buona musica. <br>Inoltre afferma, illustra, dimostra con certosina preparazione e tuttavia non impone alcuna convinzione, tratto comune a quegli storici gagliardi e onesti che molto sanno, e ancora più ambiscono sapere.<br><br>Le auguro &nbsp;grandi soddisfazioni.
