  He is an idiot and he has been given far too much slack. He is a scofflaw who thinks he is above everyone else and needs to be taken down a few notches. People like him are the reason for insurance rates going up. This isn't a victimless crime. Make him go back to driver's ed and sign a statement acknowledging state laws as real and enforceable. If he refuses, take away his DL and registration.

  In the video he says he may not have come to a complete stop and in the court he says he did. He also says he wasn't in commerce but says the vehicle is his Plumbing truck. It's amazing that the prosecutor doesn't mention either of these facts when she cross examines him or in closing.

  The prosecutor sucks. She should of objected to all the cases he cited as being irrelevant. If you look up those cases none of them say you can drive a car on the road without a license, registration and insurance. She should have also objected to his initial testimony to the jury and her questioning of him was extremely weak. She could have completely derailed him with proper questioning but instead waited until her powerpoint presentation. Even though she won the case she needs to improve her game. No Sov-idiot should be given an accomodation, the judge is wrong. They are wasting an enormous amount of the taxpayers money and clutter the courts dockets with spurious arguments. He should face maximum penalty and the judge is just enabling him and others like him by being soft. Make the penalty sting and he will comply.

  One of the worst delusions sov cits have is they think they’re way more likeable and charismatic than they actually are. <br>They’ll go on these rambling stories and explanations like their pure charm is gonna swoon the jury over to their side. 😂😂😂
