Falling in love? Listen to the Cure. Want to die? Listen to the Cure. Realizing falling in love can sometimes make you want to die? Oh, yeah, you bet! Listen to the Cure

The studio burned down during/shortly after (?) the recording of Disintegration and Robert Smith ran back inside to get the tapes. Like he was saving his child and I am so glad he did.

Whenever I see Robert Smith, I often wonder if he does his own grocery shopping at Aldi like the rest of us here mortals.

The cure saved my life when I was in high school. Here was a man singing about an end of all thing joyful and still carrying on and making millions. It gave me hope I will get out of my own valley of tears in one peace.

I love The Cure's lyrics. They are so poetic. It's like listening literature
