  Are we still trying to pretend that this judge is going to be fair to Karen and her team or are we ready to admit he's just as corrupt as the rest of them in Massachusetts

  Gildea has lost control of the courtroom and he knows it. He was unprepared for the inherited publicity that these civil cases bring with them. It is not the lawyers leaking information. Mass/Canton leaks like a sieve without any help from the lawyers. It is the well-established network of John O&apos;Keefe/Karen Read public and amateur sleuths ferreting out facts and theories and posting them on social media before he sees them in the courtroom and rules on them that is driving Gildea crazy. &nbsp;He is distracted. No one is going to show up for depositions because everyone knows that he does not enforce any of them. BTW, it had been rumoured for weeks prior to June 8th that Proctor was seeking out mental health help at a facility. &nbsp;Until JUDGE GILDEA confirmed it in his outburst, it was just a rumour. &nbsp;What a mess! &nbsp; <br>My 2 cents: &nbsp; <br>1) Judge Gildea, focus on the cases in front of you. Ignore the noise. <br>2) &nbsp;You can&apos;t do anything about social media, algorithms or pixels. Neither can the lawyers. I&apos;m an IT professional and know about things like that. <br>3) &nbsp;Issue orders to compel to get the documents and depositions done, including Colin and Proctor. Remove the barriers to completing Discovery ... all of the barriers. <br>4) Fire your Becky-Boo who has your shorts in knots about social media posts and the June 8th posts on X that no one else can find. They are not serving you or justice well. Show your work. Investigate the source then take appropriate actions.

  He SHOULD be embarrassed. &nbsp;He&apos;s a judge who ran with an accusation without verifying anything. &nbsp; Information was &apos;leaked&apos;...more than 24 hours before Monday morning court &amp; at least 48 hours BEFORE he &apos;impounded&apos; the Information.

  He got blindsided by the leaks of Proctor&apos;s &quot;sick note&quot; and was blaming the Read team for the leak, and ordered everyone into court and then found out it was Mrs Proctor who spoke out of turn before he ordered it sealed. So he came into court and refused to let anyone speak.

  First he told KR lawyers that he wanted explanations for them saying other witnesses were being bolstered. Now he’s saying he doesn’t want any explanations, WTF!!! I don’t think anything good is going to be accomplished with this judge to uncover the truth about JO’s death.
