helped my lil brother..with ADHD.. even though it's not proper diagnosis because here in Indian household at my home no one believes in these types of disorders.. but he shows all the symptoms.. scores less marks despite studying the same thing 5 times.. so yeah he's never really able to focus and this helped him A LOT.. and I felt good as his big sister.. and he's 11

As an Indian Teen who's parents don't believe in mental health or disorders, having ADHD is living hell bro. I'm cooked both mentally and emotionally.

tried a lot of noises and lofi beats .... this is the best one which made me concentrate and lock in for 50 mins straight(didn't even check the timer )

i have come back to this about 100 times in the past 3 months...<br><br>this video is a blessing and a curse. a blessing because, for once, i can actually focus while this video/audio is playing, and a curse because i can't seem to focus without it anymore.
