They compare crust, chew, sauce, cheese, pepperoni, fresh versus dried herbs, and whether any of them can come close to the kind of pizza they actually want to eat. As they work through the lineup, some pizzas are too doughy, too sweet, under-seasoned, or overloaded with dried herbs, while others surprise them with a crisp, properly blistered crust and fresh mozzarella. By the end, the group debates whether better dough or better toppings matter more when choosing the winner.
