  Reza is definitely very talented, but his food and presentation don’t reflect traditional Persian cooking. He is showcasing his own extravagant style. Rice and bread are central to Persian meals, and meat is often used to add flavor to the many stews served with rice. Kabob is popular, but it is more commonly enjoyed at restaurants or grilled for weekend or holiday gatherings.

  As someone familiar with both cuisines, I do not think this was a fair apples-to-apples comparison. The Persian chef&apos;s presentation did not focus on the rice dishes, which are a cornerstone of Persian cuisine. The Iranian chef could have showcased iconic rice-based dishes such as Baghali Polo, Shirin Polo, Sabzi Polo, and other traditional specialties that would have been a better comparison of rice dishes. <br> <br>Furthermore, Chinese cuisine also includes grilled and skewered meat dishes that are quite comparable to the kebabs presented by the Iranian chef. This is especially true in the culinary traditions of the Hui Muslim communities and the Xinjiang region in northwest China, where various kebab and barbecue dishes have long been an integral part of the local food culture. <br> <br>For that reason, the comparison felt somewhat incomplete, as it did not fully highlight the strengths and signature dishes of either cuisine.

  It&apos;s not really fair if the Chinese did only rice and the Persian came with the full shabang 😂 Xiongdi should of backed out the chinese roasted meats then were talking. Great video tho keep up the great content xiongdi
