Damn skippy! I'll be using your rig for floundering this weekend at pelican bridge ma man. Thank you for showing us how to do rigs these flounder ain't got no chance brother. Ive used the Get er dun rig for years with a 2 hook set up, Has always worked well.

If you want to save a few seconds on your loop knot. All you've got to do is tie your little overhand loop, through the hook or weight then back through the loop, (just as you did) but then just go one more time through the around and through the loop. And that's it. Just go thought the loop twice, and you can get rig of all that wraps and back through part. I've caught 100+lb tarpon on it so I'm sure of its integrity.

The knot you tied for the lighter jig head is called the alpine butterfly, we tie those for rope access work.
