  One thing I've noticed straight away when I watched Snowpiercer, and could not let go of, was that it ended with both of them making direct eye contact with the polar bear. In real life, starring into the eyes of a predator, including polar bears,  will be perceived as a challenge and a threat. Plus polar bears are the only species of bears that will actively hunt and kill humans for the full of it. And since both Yona and Timmy have never been outside of the train, have zero survival experience of the outside world, no survival supplies and nobody to guide them, I don't see how they'd possibly get out of this one.

  In 12 Monkeys the scientist wasn’t from the future, he was from Brad Pitt’s father’s company. He was the one distributing the virus. The lady didn’t come from the future, she is just living her life. She becomes someone important in the course of their life as the virus ravages the world.

  I don't think I'll ever be convinced that "American Psycho" was nothing more than a dream. Too much goes too well (or almost perfectly in some cases) for the antagonist to make it believable as real events.
