  Discipline does not mean whooping; discipline is guidance, it’s correction. So yes, a step-parent should be able to positively guide the child, but never should you be whooping or popping someone else’s kid. Now, when it comes to the birthday presents situation, that was a Cj should handle it moment; he should’ve taken his kids and gone to another room and let Fay Fay have her moment with her mom and family without interruption, especially if you already know that’s how your kids react.

  I never understood how people bring all these different people around their kids. If you’re not married stop bringing yall kids around every man or woman that walks into your life. These kids have a different person playing mommy & daddy every few months. It’s sick.😊

  Step parents or bfs/gf should not put hands on anyone else kids. There are other ways to discipline a child that does not involve putting hands or causing physical pain to the kids. If they do need to be disciplined it should be the biological parents who does it.
