  No way, I studied for 6 hours with this today and the flow I had during these 6 hours was uncomparable to how I&apos;m used to study. Definetly doing this from now on. I have adhd and I get easily distructed but now I feel like I got distracted from the world around me and got fully immersed in my books. I haven&apos;t done this before, I covered soooo much ground, so much that I feel like I covered 3 days of studying for my exams! Thank you for this. Super helpful. Treasuring this.

  As a former over the road truck driver, I can confirm that this mix is great for helping you stay focused on driving, too. Makes the hours fly by without lulling you to sleep. A must when you&apos;ve listened to enough audiobooks.
