  This is the most educational digital hifi channel on YouTube. I understand electronics a little bit, but I really learn a lot here. It is great that you explain very technical things in simple language everyone can understand. Thanks. I ended up buying the Eversolo DMP A8. It is a decent streamer / DAC / preamp in one box , so I don't have to worry about connecting devices. I may upgrade to separates  at some point as technology rapidly evolves, but for now this is a very convenient solution.

  68 year old EE has been addicted to HI FI since the early 70&apos;s had no idea till recently that the transport/streaming and DAC conversion are often overlooked when building a modern hi fi system..Much like the tone arm, &nbsp;headshell and acoustic isolation that was also often overlooked but equally &nbsp;necessary in high end turntables of that era.<br>Thank you for your enlightenment.

  Your explanation in your videos is clear, understandable, and top notch. &nbsp;I have a EE back-ground and I am a hard core audiophile. &nbsp;If I come across anyone that needs explanation of HiFi and Digital music, I always send them to your videos. &nbsp;Keep up the great work! &nbsp;It is very much appreciated.

  GM ☕️🍩🥶🥶<br>A fabulous explanation as to how electrical power/grounding actually is presented to your DAC 🙏<br>I added the Liav uDDC and it made an obvious difference (for the better) in my setup.<br>Stay warm and safe my friend.

  At one time, &nbsp;I was using a very cheap Windows 11 computer as a streamer connected to the DAC in my integrated amp over USB. It sounded OK, I didn&apos;t know much difference at the time. At the suggestion of a friend, I bought a Matrix Audio X-SPDIF Mk 3, put it in between the computer and the amp DAC &nbsp;and converted USB to Coax. &nbsp;The difference in sound quality was dramatic, much tighter and more detailed. &nbsp;In this use case, the DDC was a major help. &nbsp;I subsequently upgraded to a proper streamer and a separate DAC, but still using USB. &nbsp;The USB connection sounds great with the better and more isolating equipment, and no longer need the DDC

  I&apos;m very impressed with your explanation, very well articulated. I see how It can help with some systems. Thank you. The issue we now have is to convince some snotty reviewer that show a ddc has a profound difference in there system is admitting that their very expensive source or audiophile hub etc is not that well engineered and in some respects, exposes their weakness to marketing blabb. ❤

  Outstanding!<br>In a sea of misunderstanding, this presentation presents a solid grasp of the topic and practical recommendations. &nbsp;Well done. &nbsp;I particularly appreciate some of the analogies used. <br><br>I am grateful that I built all of this stuff myself. &nbsp;I don&apos;t have to try to figure out a maze of commercial offerings. &nbsp;Also with so much overlap in function between all of these consumer boxes, I can make changes to the clock in one place, the buffer, the output stage or the DAC and know that I am surgically attacking one function and noting the result.
