2:14am in UK. My father is having his first night in a dementia home and I’m struggling not to worry. He was distressed when I left him. I’m comforted listening to these.

72 here in New Mexico. hope if I end up in a care home there’s someone to choose a good one and come see me there. <br>These videos work for me almost every night. There’s magic in my iPad.
