I have a funny story about meeting Michael in 2012. I was working at a burger joint down the street from where they were playing and he showed up! I instantly recognized him and was geeking out about gear in no time. I mentioned it was my birthday and he put me on the guestlist! Super cool dude. I got to see them play Autotheism about 15 feet away from me,that shit was nuts.

14:48 the saddest pinch harmonic ever. It's so sad that it needs a hug and a safety blanket 😭

I know you don't play 8 strings but an After The Burial tone quest would go absolutely hard, as this one went 🔥

I don't know the Vetta specifically, but I've fixed my share of Line 6 gear. The black bars remind me a lot of similar problems in some Spider amps. Check (or have someone qualified) check the power supply voltages. It probably has 12V, 5V and 3.3V voltage regulators, or a similar arrangement of voltages. Other amps show similar problems when the 3.3V supply becomes unstable. Usually a dead voltage regulator, less than $5 in parts to fix.

Most troubled but amazing band ever. I hope Michael is doing good and we get another album eventually!
