  I know it cant be easy tracking down all these hearings plus the research you do, but its what makes your channel standout and one of the best! Thanks for putting it together and I hope Mr. Woods can serve his time and move on. The prosecutor needs to step it up bc I know alot of these victims feel let down.

  Interesting case! Great job compiling and presenting this complex story so clearly. Watts and Sweeney are normally excellent attorneys, but both missed this crucial element of the charge. The irony is incredible - Woods initially doubted he&apos;d get a fair trial, yet justice was served through careful attention to legal requirements. Kudos to Judge Ricke for catching the oversight and upholding the principles of justice, and to Meg for the thorough research and background context.

  Oh man… this was such an interesting one, thanks Meg! The prosecutor looked stunned, the defendant looked like god himself had come down and pardoned him, and the defense attorney looked more devastated than everyone 😂

  I highly respect Judge Ricke he shows up more prepared than any other judge I’ve watched. He is extremely knowledgeable and has demonstrated many times that he does what is right under the law even when the right thing isn’t the easy or popular thing. &nbsp;This guy got away with it because the prosecutor is not a thorough or prepared as Judge Ricke. &nbsp;I bet he’ll never make the same mistake again. &nbsp;Kudos to him for maintaining professional demeanor though. That couldn’t be easy.
