  The slow motion was great as it shows how and where to position your body. It's also great to see that even as a great ballet dancer you can learn more and improve your skills.

  Good to hear from fellows who can do these so well, and not just from one person. Most of us have little opportunity to get such advice.  Plus I would be to intimidated to even ask, me and my worthless pride! So thanks.

  For the stretching your head up and feet down, I had a teacher once that was big on visuals so she told us to imagine a string that runs from our head out our toes and God was pulling on one end and the devil was pulling on the other. It's strange I know, but it's actually extremely helpful. It was for me at least.
