Just moved out to Sunsites a couple of years ago. Don't really need solar as the local electric company uses solar to power the grid so power costs are low. Highest electric bill- $88 (January)

Golden Valley was once a one of kind place ! Very Beautiful!!!!. now over crowding has begun, and the power poles now are starting to take up the clear views of the stars the light poles takes away from the natural beauty Golden Valley had once! its gone forever.

This needs to be updated... Mohave County (Golden Valley & Yucca) is getting stricter in regards to permitting requirements for solar installations. They are requiring engineering sign off on any ground based arrays. $1000.00 roughly. Unisource ( a french Canadian owned company) is the local power company and they are requiring UL1741 equipment raising initial costs, then require that you also install a cutoff and a transfer switch ($3000.00 roughly) insuring that the solar and grid are never available to the equipment at the same time. this defeats the whole purpose of UL1741 that they required in the first place. This only applies to grid tied systems whether selling back or not.

Did you forget to mention the batteries? Also should mention that St. Johns is rated as the windiest City in the United States and Concho is even a lot worse. Oh and the area you showed for Concho is mostly along the freeway I-40 around the Holbrook aria. Concho is nothing like what you showed.
