I think the reason Aimstars works for people is because they're seeing the benefit of an aim rountine. Like its not anything special, people just never practice / warmup. So when they try this 'routine' they just get better because they weren't practicing before.

Hi, you're supposed to use the aimlabs routine after the comp games so you dont overwork yourself before them, the warmup is in the range and deathmatches
