I really like watching vlogs like this to practice listening. It’s way less boring than just doing JLPT choukai listening exercises.

Y'all are super young still! As a 47 year old, as long as you stay active and eat well you should be fine aging. My wife and I stay active and feel great! Sure, some changes from our 20s but totally workable. 頑張ってください！Great video.
