The section on Thiruvannamalai / Arunachala missed a very important place . That place is Sri Ramanasramam where the genuinely Enlightened Sage - Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi 🙏- is still celebrated . Coming from Madurai Sri Ramana Maharshi (;1879-1950) lived in or close to Arunachala for over 50 years . When he first came to Thiruvannamalai He lived in a small underground room in the main temple where His body was feasted on by insects . He wasn't aware of this as He was absorbed in spiritual ecstasy.<br> Despite leaving the body in 1950 the Living Presence of Sri Ramana Maharshi can still be felt today as , in reality , He resides in the Heart of One and All as the Supreme Self .🙏🕉️
