I love that house transformation! It's great to see so many foreign peeps purchasing and breathing new life into these old forgotten homes. I really enjoy watching what you do with the space, and hope that you enjoy BG and people are hospitable and treat you well.

Wooow for only 4 weeks they have such great progress! The bathroom alone sometimes takes 1 to 3 months. And they've tackled a septic tank, a water heater, and a bunch of improvements of the kitchen and the living room. <br>A little unsolicited advice: If your parents have the money, advise them to get new windows. The price will not go down, but will go up. This is something that will save them money not only because they will be more expensive in the future, but also because in the winter in Bulgaria, the wooden window frames are not particularly good at retaining heat in the room. If they replace more windows, they can bargain for a better price.
