Three years behind bars for MURDER AND DISMEMBERMENT?! This sentencing isn't just practically letting this heartless killer get away with murder, this is an absolute insult to the poor woman he did this too!<br>Another judge needs to step in, review his charge, and increase his prison sentencing to 30 years AT LEAST.
