I summited Denali exactly 55 years ago on this day, July 6, 1970, and was 21 years old at the time. It was refreshing to watch this video. When I climbed it, we had more stormy weather conditions.

I climbed Denali in ‘96 and love watching the hi-res videos like yours. We had heavy cameras with film. And you must be a guide because this trip was dialed in like no other. Great weather too. We were pinned down in a snow cave at the top of the fixed lines at 16,200 for four days. And once we crossed the football field a lenticular started to cap the summit. Total whiteout but we made it.

Great job. Don't know why it did not show up in my feed sooner. You did a great job of editing as I assume you have much more footage than shown here, and you kept my interest all the way through. You had an older gentleman (of interest since I am an "older gentleman", but still an active airline pilot but not for much longer--active age discrimination in the airline world...) and some cheerful young ladies in your tent climbing with you, and I believe you all made the summit together. Congrats. Since this is your 2nd summit of Denali, I will be interested in any of your other climbs down the road. Trying to figure out my life after my work life, and Denali has been in my sights. You and your video has inspired me anew. Thanks.

Lane - this is the best mountaineering video I've ever seen. If you're the guide, I would go with you any day !

My jaw was in a permanently dropped position throughout this video. Just astonishing.

Thank you for sharing this incredible video! It takes me back to my 2008 Denali summit at age 51. We lacked today's advanced video gear, so watching this stunning footage is a real treat.
