« On ne peut plus revenir en arrière, ceux qui ne sont pas préparés vont tous tomber » – A Havard

Henri-Michel Thalamy interviews Alexandre Havard about his book, "At the Dawn of a New Pentecost." 📚 To purchase "At the Dawn of a New Pentecost" 👉 https://urls.fr/43cT9Y Of French, Russian, and Georgian heritage, Alexandre Havard practiced law before dedicating himself to teaching Virtuous Leadership, a vision of leadership that consists of "growing by helping others grow" and forging our character through the practice of natural virtues. In this interview, Alexandre Havard offers an anthropological perspective on the crisis of our time, a crisis that is not limited to its political, social, or economic manifestations, but touches the very heart of humanity and its deepest nature. "People are realizing that now anything is possible, that everything can explode overnight." “They no longer have inner stability and find themselves facing a terrible void,” he explains. “The world we live in today is filled with artificial temptations; our heads and hearts are being stuffed with things unworthy of human dignity.” While we belong to a “technologically advanced civilization” capable of guaranteeing unparalleled material comfort, Alexandre Havard believes that modern man has become “a spiritual pygmy” and emphasizes that technological progress could backfire “and turn the earth into hell in the truest sense of the word.” “Today, the Enlightenment thinker is not ready for the scientific revolution. This scientific revolution will annihilate him because he lacks the necessary moral compass,” he argues. “We have all worked like mad, but we have worked to destroy this earth. All the results of human labor produced in recent decades could lead to humanity’s complete disappearance.” “ During our interview, Alexandre Havard spoke about the “illumination of consciousness,” a “belief stemming from personal revelations in the lives of numerous saints.” “There will be a collective illumination of humanity so that everyone becomes aware of the essence of their own existence,” he confided. “It’s an incredible gift, something that has never happened before in history. It’s a bit like everything is suspended in time, everyone is about to die, and each person sees where they would end up if they died now.” A moment of absolute truth where everyone will clearly perceive the meaning of their life, the impact of their choices, and the profound direction of their existence, reminiscent of accounts of Near-Death Experiences (NDEs). “Many people who were on the verge of death and who came back to life will all tell you the same thing: in the last moment of your existence, you see your whole life flash before your eyes like a film in a few seconds,” observes Alexandre Havard. From this perspective, the challenge is no longer simply to understand the world around us, but to grow inwardly, to forge our will, to direct our intelligence, to train our hearts to recognize Truth, Beauty, and Goodness, and also to respond to them. “We must focus on our inner life, self-knowledge, and reflection on our own existence. Many people never examine their conscience. What am I doing right? What am I doing wrong? What virtues do I practice? What vices possess me? Is this a life worth living, or a miserable one? Am I a worthy human being?” This introspection is essential to embrace this moment of expansion of our consciousness: “The shock will be profound.” Everyone will see the truth, the naked truth about their own life. Many, like Tolstoy's hero Ivan Ilyich, will discover with horror that "their life, their conscious life, was not what it should have been." And Alexandre Havard concludes: "Those who are unprepared will all fall. We must prepare ourselves for what is coming." » ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ LINKS ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🎙️ Journalist: Henri-Michel Thalamy 👉 Twitter: HM_Thalamy 📩 [email protected] #EpochTimesFrance #Epoch #EpochTimes #AlexandreHavard #Spirituality #Consciousness #Science #Work #Faith #Technology #Crisis #Modernity #Philosophy 00:00 Intro 02:01 A World in Crisis 08:16 Benedict XVI's Diagnosis 12:30 A Technologically Augmented Spiritual Pygmy 23:36 The Enlightenment Lie 32:39 The Problem of Rights of Man 37:28 Two Ideologies Devoid of Truth 47:40 The Prophecy of the Antichrist and the Legend of the Grand Inquisitor 55:51 The Illumination of Consciences 01:04:41 Preparing for What's to Come 01:13:16 The Dialectic of the Brothers Karamazov 01:17:54 Living Heroically 01:23:26 The Drama of Work 01:37:51 Escaping Structures of Corruption 01:44:41 No Turning Back 01:48:59 Two Fundamental Virtues 01:53:10 Conclusion
