  They say the death penalty is not a deterrent.. &nbsp;They are very wrong . <br>There has never been anyone in the history of humanity that has personally committed any other crime after he was dead .

  He managed to rape and murder the mom and 10 year old girl while under FBI surveillance. Unbelievable.

  The wife took the two sisters to be murdered <br>she definitely needed to be locked up for the rest of her life <br>She should not be allowed to get away with aiding her husband to do what he done to these victims<br>My only hope is that the prisoners serve prison justice of the worst kind

  I Googled him in the hope that he would have been &apos;taken care of&apos; in prison. Sadly not.<br>People like him are the reason why the death penalty should exist.

  My god, I’m really surprised the FBI would talk about this case because they did a horrible job on it. Like the last person these girl talked to had just recently gotten out of jail for a violent sexual assault and they let this guy killed several others before they got him.
