  Grow up mom!!! The woman attorney needs to learn to play well with other attorneys. Who would want to work with her after this. I wouldn’t. It was 8 yrs ago!!!! He knows what he can and can’t do. Hope the dad wins.

  This is like the dozenth time this video has been posted on Youtube. &nbsp;To non attorneys, Attorney Blumberg should have been removed because there was a clear conflict of interest. He represented mother in a prior DUI and presumptively obtained confidential information from her during the representation. &nbsp;In family law custody issues, prior convictions and prior alcohol issues are directly relevant to the best interests of the children. In representing the father, Attorney Blumberg likely already knows confidential information about the mother (even if he says he doesn&apos;t) related to her conviction or he will later recall said information, this creates the conflict on both ends. &nbsp;Using the confidential information against the mother is a conflict against her; not being able to use the information for father is a conflict against the father. &nbsp;In any reputable law firm, if the firm represented the mother in a prior criminal case, they wouldn&apos;t have even had a consultation with the father in the family law case, let alone let the father be a client
