yeah the meeps get reloaded periodically (its the buff to the left of you buffbar) which is why they are good for trading if u dont have to farm and thats one of the reasons while playing him solo lane feels difficult sadly :/

the secret with shaco is to look at the mana bar, the clones never changes while shacos will lower still.
