  Greetings from Płock! I am impressed by your Polish 😁 One quick tip, when you read &quot;ck&quot; in Polish, you pronounce the &quot;c&quot; as well as the &quot;k&quot;, so it&apos;s something like &quot;tsk&quot; instead of just a &quot;k&apos;&quot; sound. Nice video!

  Wow, this pronounciation is very good ! Really nice recognition of our way to speak W, U and J and of course all the diacritics. And your accents are in good places. You even conquered Żyrardów and Świnoujście without problem.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eo9fWPoBbP4&amp;t=641">10:41</a> - you have voivodeship here, or a province if you wanna be in more international terminology. There are 16 of them in whole country.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eo9fWPoBbP4&amp;t=793">13:13</a> - it&apos;s very ancient word in Polish, but yes, it means island. Now it is only fossilised in place names. Nobody calls island like that, now it is &quot;wyspa&quot;.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eo9fWPoBbP4&amp;t=1274">21:14</a> - I never knew why some cities of ours have English versions, while other don&apos;t. <br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eo9fWPoBbP4&amp;t=1425">23:45</a> - back then, in Eastern Block times, when Lithuania and Belarus were Soviet Republics, this far-west reaching russian land made sense. It has been cut off from its mainland since those two regained sovereignty. It sits there like a sore thumb.
