9:02 For the beginners in Fisch you need to do quest in Forsaken Shores located inside the mouth of the Skull climb the wooden stairs and you'll find Dead Man Joe, interact with him and he'll tells you the Origin of Great Rod of Oscar, once his done head to Grand Reef, in the middle isle you can find a destroyed boat and in that boat lies an amulet there, return to the npc in Forsaken Shores and he'll tells you another story about the rod itself and tragic end of the original owner, once he's done talking head to the location where Bacha provided the coordinates of the rod (you need to equip the amulet or else you'll suffer a decay and allows you to go inside the treasure room were the rod resides. [Hope that helps (ㆁωㆁ) ]

Actually in luminescent you are supposed to spam sundial for dragons. I use oscar rod with clever (no x2 gamepass) gain 6 levels (im at 1050). And as the level become higher the more xp it used to level up (sorry for bad grammar)
