  I have been visiting Thailand 12 times since 2006 and I have seen Thailand changes (in the good ways) every time I visit. The prices have been rising just like everywhere on the planet but it is still the very happy place to be. I love the people, good food, safety, culture, infrastructure and the climate. Thailand checked most boxes so I am moving to Thailand next year. Each individual has different reasons or preferences. We just have to get the right information for ourselves. Live where you feel comfortable and happy. Nobody can tell you where but yourself.

  Great video!  As a successful black man who left Atlanta and now in Da Nang, I felt this.    Dont leave your country to come here just for the cost of living because there are tradeoffs!    I will never go back to America though 😂

  I agree with you 100 percent you called it. I been in Thailand two years now. Don’t come because these YouTubers making it like it’s so great in Thailand. It’s not for everyone.<br>I’m so glad you put this info out.

  I&apos;m a 46-yr old brotha, healthy, U.S.Army-retired, and living in the Philippines. I&apos;m living like a king on a budget of $3,983.00 USD /mo. <br>I&apos;m single and thriving in Iloilo City Philippines.<br>My 2-bedroom 42sqm condo only cost me 35K pesos/mo. I&apos;m literally saving&amp;collecting 100k pesos monthly. <br>The only downside of this is that Filipinas don&apos;t prefer to date Black-Americans. So I&apos;ve been here 15 months and not a single date yet. Their loss. My money keeps me company. I left USA late 2023. No regrets.

  Great video! Finally someone providing a reality check and the true pros and cons. I visited Thailand 4 years ago and I am thinking of moving there and have been watching mainly apt tours (yes, my feed is now full of them, but it&apos;s also how I found you!).
