  I have been attacked by a man that was stalking me before. It was extremely traumatic. &nbsp;Beat me up badly, &nbsp;fractured ribs... I am 5&apos;0&quot; and was 119lbs then. &nbsp;It&apos;s so hard to sleep, &nbsp;it has been two years. Just the idea of you, and listening, is soothing. Helps to relax me!<br>Thank you ❤

  i have such a broken nervous system from chronic lifelong trauma and violence and i’ve had sleeping issues for so long. i recently found your youtube channel and i just cant stop crying because for the first time in a long time i feel safe and all the bad thoughts are just melting away replaced by a feeling of immense comfort and ease

  My husband passed away, two yeara ago on Sept 12. He apent a lot of time in tents during his life and I love this video most. It is so comforting, healing, just beautiful. Your videos are a great gift. Thank you so much for sharing your warm spirit and helping me, my children, and others, to feel safe. You are an angel. 😇🤍

  I always wake up multiple times during the night. It&apos;s been so hard to sleep well ever since I was little. I&apos;m 22 years old and I have strange dreams and nightmares. I know they&apos;re due to some trauma, but I am not brave enough to talk about in therapy yet. I often use ASMR and I don&apos;t usually feel safe around men, but I need this kind of gentle, male attention that gives me hope. Thank you for your beautiful content.
