1: walking and peeing at once is possible, but messy

2: Sniper takes pills provided by Mann Co. that increases the size of his kidneys.
Don't question the science, its TF2.

Winglet actually has a naked sniper model somewhere in those files.

Appropriately enough, your exact reaction is the in-canon reaction expected and advertised for Jarate, the Jar-Based-Karate. The product literally states that the psychological damage is far worse than the actual physical damage.

When you're backed up into a tight space, jarate is very effective in real life. The only problem is making one every 20 seconds.

 I want you to know-
The part where he uses the piss to negate Spies invisibility?
That's one of the Jarate's big uses in-game.
The Jarate covers them, and while you can go invisible?
That pee isn't invisible, so you just see a piss covered outline of a man that you're free to shoot.

Sniper’s strategy is disgusting, but effective. I doubt even Wonder Woman would want to continue fighting after getting drenched in Jarate.

 Genuine psychological warfare.

So the rifle that the BLU Sniper had was actually the AWPer Hand. A promotional item where it's just a reskin of the Stock Rifle in-game, but the model was ripped straight from the AWP from CS:GO.

 "I'm probably skipping dinner tonight."
I'm former military too. One difference between us though... is that I watched this while eating dinner. And I'm still eatin'.
