  My understanding with Raj is that he's a competent private chef but is terrible as a line cook, which requires you to work in a team and have the correct timing.

  Gordon Ramsay has very simple rules for anyone who watches the show. Don&apos;t use instant or pre-packaged food. It&apos;s fine at home but in a restaurant people want fresh food. &nbsp;Don&apos;t pre-cook the food. Again people want fresh food. Make the food to order. If they want rare, medium, or well done, you give them what they want. Taste the food as you go along, make sure that it is flavored. Finally the table gets all of its food together so communicate with your teammates for the timing. <br><br>Following this would eliminate about 90% of the mistakes that occur on all of Chef Ramsay&apos;s shows.<br><br>Oh, and have a clean kitchen.

  What makes Josh so hard to believe... is that they are BLACK JACKETS there... aka, &nbsp;the top of the group so far. Such mistakes should just not happen

  You actually could kill someone with an hour old eggs honestly any food due to cross contamination or a cough and sneeze or sweat. anything could have happened in 1 hour in a kitchen

  The best thing about Elizabeth telling them everything wrong was that she afterwards complained about the other girls blaming her for the menue&apos;s failure and wanted to shift the blame to the other girls&apos; cooking.

  I mean, I get what you mean about Raj. &nbsp;Eating the food would prevent waste. But the problem is that he is eating WHILE cooking in a open-kitchen restaurant. It&apos;s kinda disrespectful and disgusting that you do it. You can eat the food... But do it after!

  To be fair with Melinda and the pasta, there was a previous chef cooking the pasta, and the pasta had to be thrown out because Tek kept screwing up the scallops, so they had to redo the whole thing.
