NOTE: In my haste to go through the listing process for the Corey Seager card, I noted the card condition as NrMt or Better. I should have marked it as Excellent (visible signs of wear) and have since corrected the listing prior to it going live on auction tomorrow.

Supplies notes:
- For printing labels, I highly recommend getting a thermal printer (many different options and price points; you can even find used refurbished ones on eBay)
- For bubble mailers, just check Amazon.
- For mailing with eBay Standard Envelope, I actually meant to mention products like Armalopes and Shipping Shield. These are more rigid, thin cardboard products that qualify for <$20 shipping and take better care of cards. eBay also has their own version of these envelopes that you can buy.
- For precut cardboard, you can try products like Hobby Armor or Ding Defender
- And remember: NEVER USE SCOTCH TAPE! 😆

Thanks for watching!

One tip with cropping photos. Always try to crop them 1:1 square because the image preview in search results is square and will cut off portions of your card. Especially important for graded slabs because it will cut off the label making it hard to see that it’s graded vs raw.

the best response ive heard to the question "what the best price you can do on this?" is: i don't negotiate with myself, make me an offer.

eBay has become an absolute nightmare with their runaway commissions and fees. Far better to consign with a major auction house. Like REA, LOTG, Leland’s or Heritage. Let them do the work for you and pay the same or less commission.

Crazy that there are so many tutorials on youtube on this topic yet there are eBay sellers that ship cards without any protection

The funny thing is that the index keeps going down, but the price of ripping keeps going up.

I can’t stand when people crop to the edges. I 100% want to see the card on something like the stock photos you took. It proves the condition. When they are cropped it’s impossible to know if the edges are cropped off on purpose

Lost all my childhood card collection in a storm. Recently got back into the hobby and was interested in selling on eBay as my location makes it hard to go to shows. Best clear and concise video that I have seen to date.

Make an offer is a great feature. I have offer d low amounts and scored some GREAT cards for much less than listed!

New to collecting and selling. Glad to see that I’m doing everything the right way. I ship in the 4x6 cardboard envelopes that have the adhesive. I put the label on the front and a fragile sticker on the back as tamper evidence. Love the content!

Give me the full card and then some of the actual background. Let me zoom in and determine how much I like the card. I actually skip right over listings where it looks like a photo was grabbed off the internet for use. However, great advice in taking a photo of the raw card w/o protection and I will totally use two light sources moving forward for the full-color effect!
