It looks like he really burned himself with that incredibly over heated radiator. &nbsp; For those that dont know...let the engine cool down alot before attempting to remove the radiator cap. That could have gone off in his face.

  Supreme Court ruled the driver has the rights pull over when they feel safe and for the safety of the officer the driver has &nbsp;up to 3 miles to pull over. Even if that means driving far enough to fine a well-lit parking lot. For the driver safety and the officers safety
