Black Zetsu's appearance at the birth is always expected when Obito isn't available for his role in this scene.

I guess Kurama gets the short end of the stick here. Despite knowing Kurama chills out a lot in the future, Minato doesn't try to fix that problem early.

Okay so...They don't just befriend Kurama? If they remember the war, shouldn't they remember Naruto forged a strong bond with him? Or the time Minato worked with Yin-Kurama?

You would think that they would want to eventually befriend him too so he wouldn't even TRY to break out. OR MORE LIKELY after Minato is injured, Kushina would want to fight by his side, and could try to partner with Kurama to do it. She doesn't even have to tell him she's from the future. Heck Minato could even tell her to ask him to learn about the Sage of the sixth PATHS. THAT would get him talking!
