This guy was a police officer?? Dude is 350 lb pounds, but his arms look like they belong to a 10 year old. I cant imagine him chasing a turtle down let alone a running suspect.

I’ve seen this interrogation on probably 4 different channels and I’ve personally watched it over 10 times and it never gets old. It’s so baffling how a “chief” can be so incompetent, lazy, and irresponsible. He is a pure example of an official taking advantage of a small town. Also, if you’re 350 pounds but your arms are only 7 pounds, that’s a problem lol
