  The amount of women who told me they liked me in high school or college but never said anything to me, is depressing. lol

  Low self esteem and childhood trauma can also be a factor in this.<br><br>It is still something I am working on.<br><br>Having a difficult childhood can make men doubt their worth in adulthood.<br>“Getting over it” is far more difficult than it sounds.

  From what I’ve seen, there are a lot more unattractive dudes that think they’re attractive than the other way around

  Most men get put thru the meat grinder of rejection in their teens and 20s, then they have to rediscover their value as they get older and more successful.

  I think the major difference between physically attractive men and physically attractive women is that people will <i><b>actively</b></i><b></b> tell attractive women that they are in fact attractive

  It doesn’t help that the majority of women won’t even attempt to acknowledge you if you’re attractive and shy/loner. I’ve had woman look at me but then go out of their way to talk to everyone in the whole damn room, but me!! And even when you do go out of your way to be confident and approach they make it seem like I’m full of myself!

  Very true. &nbsp;I am tall and blonde with blue eyes and very fit. &nbsp;I always felt I was unattractive through my 20s so had no confidence with women and couldn&apos;t land a girlfriend. &nbsp;I am 60 now. &nbsp;When I show women pictures of me in my 20s, &nbsp;they say things like &quot;You looked like a model!&quot; &nbsp;My &quot;friends&quot; back then endlessly criticized my looks including making me feel ugly for being tall. &nbsp;There was no internet then to tell me what women actually find attractive. &nbsp;I realize now that I was surrounded by jealous average men trying to destroy my confidence and it worked.

  I&apos;ve been told I&apos;m very attractive and it helps I work out a lot. I&apos;m masculine, and people tell me I intimidate other men, and seem so in control. The truth is underneath I have abysmal self esteem, and I work out so much because my anxiety is suffocating if I don&apos;t. I find it almost impossible to trust that a woman truly desires me, despite evidence. I&apos;m very lonely

  My question is, If women are reserved to let a man know they find him attractive. Why is it so easy for them to faun all over how attractive actors and musicians with celebrity status are?
