Monty nailed it. It's all about cash flow. You don't need a million dollars if you have a solid cash flow: pension, social security, passive income. Great interview Corey.

I was born and raised in Winston-Salem. I just turned 53 and I’m retiring at 58. It’s all about the cash flow.

The key to retirement is to not have excessive expenses, credit card bills. Cash flow is important! Staying busy is just as important , as your time it’s important and shouldn’t be wasted! Never be idle!!

This guy nailed it. I was unexpectantly offered an early out last year. I thought I'd retire in Dec 2027... but the offer came in June 2025. I already had things setup to retire and left. 2 weeks later I was gone. Best decision ever. <br><br>I've taken the last year to get my health together (hired a trainer, learning about food, etc.). Now I'm focused on how things look for the next 4 years.... mainly "how do I travel?" What do I setup (international insurance, evacuation, pay-as-I-go, etc). Life is all good.
