  If you want the full terraria experience, race for the zenith. Want something a bit easier go for the terrablade. <br><br>Expert mode makes nymphs drop the metal detector 100% of the time, and advancing to hard mode is a bad call because it expands the loot pools of just about everything, reducing effective odds. If I was doing divide and conquer, I would teach the noob how to make fishing guys and task him with fishing and checking the traveling merchant, keeping in mind they have a chest in each fishing hut to stockpile quest fish. At the end of the day, have both of you turn in a quest fish. Meanwhile,the one who knows more about the game (me) goes hunting for everything else. Meet up for the goblin invasion, and pivot and teach whatever task is left after one of the 2 jobs is done.
