  That is hands down one of the nicest and cleanest food trailers i have seen beautiful set up. By  the looks of it your paper towel bill is probably as much as your food bill.

  There nothing I love better then cleanliness of a food set-up and restaurant as well. People can so…easily get food poisoning from eating out.

  Am I the only one who&apos;s heart sank when he scrubbed away that bacon grease???<br><br>The eggs are begging to be cooked in that 🤤🤤🤤<br><br>I have zero experience cooking on a flat top though so maybe it&apos;s different.

  I have great respect for the process of end-of-day shutdown and cleaning and next day prep.....and, early morning preparations for start of the business day. Many moons ago, i worked in a small independent restaurant in a small town.....I understand the work that has to be down before and after the business day. And umm, 0.41 cents for each hotdog bun.....well, that is why those buns slide right open so easily each time! I respect you for your devotion to quality and cleanliness and organization in your business. My bucket list is to someday shake your hand and try several items of that awesome food you cook up everyday for your customers.....who evidently know good quality food from an honest and upstanding business. Quality = You get what you pay for!!! Keep up the incredible, incredible work you are doing man.....and, keep cranking out that awesome delicious quality food! 👍👍👍👍
