Thank you for this and your prior service. Stemming the tide of communism was pretty cool, but this helps me directly. 😃 I'm one generation after you. We both had wartime experiences that resulted in a little dose of p t s d. We both also had Air Force dads. When I was maybe 6 years old, my dad said "you have two options in life, perfection or failure. Pick one." I was hoping to hit puberty before shit got that real. Anyway, are we hyper critical of subordinate/peer/boss performance because of p t s d or because of Air Force dad? My dad was ultimately a 3M quality control guy, which is about six shades crazier. Lol
