Back pain is no joke. Anyone who has had spasm or disc rupture issues knows what I’m talking about. Ruins your quality of life, makes you miserable, makes you feel less of a man, at least it did all that to me. Thankfully, I’m no longer in as much pain, but still have my “oh god please no spasms” moments.

I got sciatica at 31, and bro that shit changed my life. I went from training like an animal in the gym to being a humble old guy pretty quickly 😆

Alot of back issues don’t even have to be localized to the back itself. The back is like the main highway of nerves, if there’s a jam on an road that an exit leads to it can cause a jam on the main highway itself. Muscles surrounding your back, as well as your abdomen, hips, pelvis, all can contribute to back issues.

This is too relatable. Every 12-18 months I have a back spasm, last one was initiated by coughing. I can't walk for 2-3 days, I eventually go to yoga for a month or so, stop and then repeat the cycle.

I need to work out today, I won't.

Had it so bad after college ball I couldn’t sleep, walk, stand up, or even turn my head side to side. Was spending my days laying in a fetal position on the floor. Got surgery last December and it was a life saver. Felt
