As a mom rasing sons and having to be coach dad sometimes I absolutely loved this video! Coaches are great but having a parent to understand and teach you this is awesome bcos no body wants more for your child than you do. So I will be teaching them what I learned from you. Thank you

The safest method for tackling is head behind, because getting that head in front of the ball carriers’ body, means your head& neck are absorbing a lot of impact. But it’s less efficient, because your momentum and center of mass is on the backside of the runner.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTe3eb1eCho&t=360">6:00</a> Same issues here. You can destroy someone’s ACL tackling below the knee. The safe hit zone is mid thigh to belly button, but it’s also less effective.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTe3eb1eCho&t=407">6:47</a> Great example of shoulder, knee, and toes in alignment of maximum power & balance!
