It's an asymmetric warfare. The homeless guy living on a tent can basically do more damage to the guy living next door on a million dollar house .

US is fighting a 21st century war using 20th century equipment and strategy. A 1 million dollar missile can disable a 13.3 billion aircraft carrier. One heat seeking missile can down a 100 million F35 C. This is an asymmetrical war and odd are on Iran's side.
