  I actually made this for a picnic the other day, but I use the Tates lemon cookies and I made a lemon mascarpone whipped cream with white chocolate shavings! There wasn’t a speck of it left! So good and everybody one of the recipe!

  Made this several times without the alcohol and espresso and it was great.<br>Even did it with vanilla wafers once because I didn&apos;t have anything else and sprinkled some mini chocolate chips in the layers.<br>And regular cream cheese works just fine. <br>But use good cocoa powder, good vanilla extract and super fine or powdered sugar.<br>No doubt a spring form pan will make for a more elegant presentation, but a glass casserole dish works too, with a little grated chocolate on top or more mini chocolate chips.

  Made this today &amp; I found Tates cookies at Walmart, go figure. &nbsp;They are really crisp and delicious. &nbsp;One change I made was adding a layer of chocolate cake in the middle. &nbsp;My 8inch pan did make 5 layers &amp; I had extra mocha whip left over. &nbsp;It could be used on the sides when unmolded. &nbsp;This was easy to make and very elegant presentation.

  My family has a recipe just like this, except the whipping cream has vanilla and sugar instead and the cookies you dunk into the Kahlua before layering them; you then add a grated chocolate and nuts between the layers of cream. One of our families favorite cakes for gatherings.
