Hands down, Steve had the BEST character development out of all of the characters in Stranger Things! He evolved from an arrogant, popular high school jerk into a protective “babysitter” and mentor for the younger kids. That’s what makes him my favorite character.

I thought Steve was gonna be one of them typical jocks who gets killed too soon in the movie. Glad how his character developed the way it did.

So glad they kept him alive and didn't prematurely kill off one of the greatest characters during Season 1. True carry to the whole series.

Joe Keery said "Gimme one chance" to the Duffers and made the best character in the show out of it.

My favourite character since the beginning of the show, I was 11 when I first watched when it came out and I’m now gonna be 22. Time flies.

The most iconic character of the most iconic serie of all time. Not the best because the final is worse, but the most iconic

5:49 I love watching this scene every time I watch it because it’s not only hilarious, but it’s also very heartwarming. Steve and Dustin’s friendship is truly one of the best elements of the show.
